Did any members here purchase one of these puppies new and remember what they cost? I think early 2000's were the production years. I did a quick search to no avail.

Is this regarding that little cutie on ebay?
$900.00 !!! :envy: Beautiful saw but dayum!

To the op, not sure what they sold for new but I bought a 361 new in 2006 for something like $580.00 and it came with a few extras. I think the last year for the 036/360 was 2001 or 2002. I bet they could be had for less than $500 back then.

Yep, 361 was available from 2004 - 2010
And, I bought one in early 2007 for $700. I think the guy in this ad is dreaming of getting rich quick. Heck, you can pick up a used 361 today that runs for less than $500 most of the time. I sold a rebuilt 036 for $250 to a friend after restoring it. He uses it today and it almost stays even with my 361.

Brand new 362R is about $800. The non R is $50 less (R has dual oversize dogs, wrap handle and oversized clutch cover).

$980 for a 360?

Bought my 360 Pro new in fall of 2002. Cuts 12-15 cord of wood per year and still starts and runs like new. All I've done to it is keep the air filter clean and add gas and oil. Awesome saw!
Edit: Forgot to add how much I paid for it. Pretty sure it was $525 with carry case and spare chain.
