Sweet! Cherry is the premier North American hardwood! I love it for furniture/cabinet work. Looks like you'll gets plenty of highest quality slabs. If they dry with minimal checking, you should get premium pricing. If not, learn to make dovetail keys and you can still get premium pricing.
