Sold Nice poulan 245A

Bought this from a guy who’s father had just passed away. One owner saw, comes with the owner manual.

Saw shows just over 140 psi compression. When I got the saw you could tell the old man cared for his stuff.

Fuel was drained. Filled her up and she fired after a few pulls but sounded weak, so I replaced the spark plug and she fired on the second pull. Idled smooth, like a V8

Looking into the cylinder the walls look nice and shiny. Top of the piston looks like it’s run 32:1 (see original spark plug pic)

Air filter is in great shape. I didn’t do anything to “polish” this saw...... just blew it off with compressed air.

Saw comes equipped with a 20” bar and a really lame chain with lots of safe cutting to be had.

Saw sounds awesome- just not orange enough for my taste

I can get a piston pic for anybody serious.... just ran out of time before dinner.
