Put new pump on and had the same flow rate. Just over a minute to fill a 5 gal bucket. I'm using a Taco 011

something is restricted. That 011 is a 28 gpm pump. Might wish to look on the outlet of your boiler.. Maybe there is a fitting that is gunked up.Possible to have a coupling welded to the boiler tank and the fitting is closing off due to lime and rust.so you are trying to fill a 1 inch pex line through a drinking straw orifice.

Yes, it will do 28 GPM, but at 0 ft. head...20 GPM @ 12-15 ft. more realistic....IMO, that 0011 may be overkill for the app.

According to his symptoms.. It is still not moving enough water. He has a flow restriction somewhere..
