Oak Suckers on main trunk pruned

I have a customer that wants me to remove the suckers on the main trunks of about 40 oak trees in front of his house. I"ll have one other person and a chipper with me. Im leaving chips there. Pretty easy work. Should I bid an hourly rate and a price for chipper each day? Thanks!

75$ bucks an hour and milk that summbich dry...but i couldnt do that id just say 2grand and bust my ass on it. I know its only suckers but thats alot of trees, plus you gotta pay dufus to rake all those twigs up and throw um in a chipper
