OEM vs after market cylinder on a rebuild

Striking out on finding an OEM cylinder.
Better to go with a cross or meteor cylinder?
If Cross, should I stick with a cross piston w/ caber rings or go with a meteor piston?

All the meteors I've ran have been excellent.
Ran a few cross no problems ran good.
Not in 660 though.
I've ran a few hyway kits they have been good.
