It could be the combination of the suction tube and the rubber piece on top the oiler under the bar plate.
Poulan upgraded these two parts into a one piece unit even when you order the old part numbers. It is a very inexpensive fix, I just went through it a couple weeks ago.

Soery if you've already done this, but I'm not familiar with your experience so I'm just starting at the fist thing I would check.
If you remove the bar and chain and run the saw without the clutch cover is there oil coming out. If there is then there is a possibility the bar just needs to be cleaned.
For what they are the price is pretty good.
