Old Echo w/bow bar

A guy I know saw my new 694 today and realized that I'm a chainsaw freak. He mentioned that he has an old Echo with a bow bar that he doesn't need (he's getting to old to play with such toys) anymore do I want it. Well gosh I guess I could take it off your hands. He's bringing it by later this week. He couldn't tell me the model but says it's very old and very big. I'm thinking a 750. He says it has new points, starts revs but has no power in the cut. I'm thinking vaccum leak he said he can't find a leak but has looked all over. My guess is crank seals thoughts? What is it worth? I'll go $100. of course I'll have to paint it red.

Bow bar echo

For what it's worth. I gave $102 for an Echo 750 with a bow bar. It's susposed to be a running saw but it was an eBay deal. It's not here yet but all I wanted was the Echo and maybe try the bow bar......Bob
