I have an old Monarch add on furnace in my garage. My grandfather installed it in the garage back in the late 80's early 90's (this was their home before they passed). I know nothing about it, and don't remember him ever using it (although it does show signs of use) I would like to heat the garage on occasion with it, if possible. However, before I try, I want to verify how to use it, and find out if it is hooked up correctly. Any idea where i can find parts or a manual? Does it need to be tied into the gas furnace? Again any help is appreciated. I don't work in the garage much (it is a cluttered mess while I wade through my grandpa's old stuff), however i may want to spend more time in it in the future lol. Ijust have to haul off stuff and get it organized. I also need to move everything away from the furnace.

Thanks, Nick

No specifics on your brand and model but looks pretty simple to run. Air inlet on door, damper on exhaust pipe = control burn. The pipe in the middle is for the hot air, I would increase the size of it or add another and even add a blower instead of the fan.
