Hell yeah thanks man I bypassed the primer it's only running on the carb so I think all that's left is the diaphragm

Give it a little more intake duration by cutting the piston skirt and you'll find it's got guts.
It doesn't hurt the balance any? I've never done anything like that or even been that deep..

It was a pretty easy as shown in the thread I linked to earlier. They run quite well stock though. Like I said up thread though, since it does not have A/V I'd probably not put too much effort into it.
 
Did you open up the exhaust any to cut down on back pressure or am I looking to create more back pressure?

The work doesn't really bother me I mean I'd rather learn on this 15 dollar saw than any of my other saws

I opened it up to a duration of 151deg. I did not modify the ports in the cylinder at all, just trimmed a notch in the piston.

Later I changed the printout to one that read to 180deg in both directions rather than to 360.
