Oregon spur sprocket on stihl 028

Hi folks,

I needed to replace the sprocket on my 028av so I decided to buy an Oregon rim sprocket kit for. Just tried to fit it and found the drum that fits over the clutch is a very tight fit and because of this the saw wont turn the sprocket.

Any suggestions on fixing this?
