whats the torque spec for the 4 engine pan bolts?

Thin T27 extension for cylinder bolts

Does anyone know a good source for a long thin T27 extension that I could connect to a 3/8 drive torque wrench? Or at least the actual name of the item so I can search for it? Thanks, I am getting ready to reassemble a few saws, and I want to do it right.
