payroll costs

Hey guys,

What do you think it costs you to have an employee per dollar? So what would $1 plus all the extras come too-cpp,vacation ect. A canadian perspective would be great but open to all.

25-45% depending on benefits offered, union contracts, worker comp rate etc.

a 30K/yr paycheck will cost you around 40K/year, in my experience...
