people using cambium savers for rigging !!!???

yea ,so ive seen this for the 3rd time the other day and just wondering how long the stitching is going to hold up to so much shock loading ,although they seem rather sturdy

I saw a video of a guy using one of those x-slings or whatever they are in place of a pulley. I prefer a webbing sling and my 5/8" cmi pulley for most of my rigging.
