Just wanted to say thanks to all who contributed to my 044 thread. It replaced my 039 which served me well, but was meeting it's match. After all the crap with my 044 I finally unleashed it on some wood. Once again thanks to all!!!

Good job Goat. The last bit of work on my 044 is a carb adjustment and then I'm ready to cut with it. Too bad I don't have anything to cut right now. :bang:

I just finished up those now I have to tackle a 28" oak that has a 6' crack running up the trunk. Sigh....
