I'm thinking about building a portable OWB that could be used for Deer camp and other winter camping. Has any one else designed or made a smaller boiler that has a btu about 80K max?

Build it on a trailer, you have water to fill it at deer camp? Your could hook up some quick connects to the water lines to make it even easier, just be sure to purge them when you leave!

Never mind the water, just make it a hot air unit. I have been contemplating building one on a trailer for emergency use and for thawing things out. It would require running a generator if elwctricity wasn't available, but I think a small quiet Honda would do the trick.

If you want liquid just use antifreeze and maybe some quick disconnects for a radiator of sorts.
Small fire box so you don't overheat things. Having it an open system would help burp it. You would probably have to figure out a dump zone for safety too.
