What type of wood? White Spruce? Looks and sounds good, I did my 046 on a 044 swap 3 years ago and is about equal to a 066 in most cuts.

98% of what I cut is ash, maple and oak..

I'm fighting some issues that you can read about in the other thread, but I've seen 16K on the tach and still had a little 4-stroke. I think it was a little over 15K in the vid.

That saw looks damn strong in the wood. I am not hearing any 4-stroking, could be the audio or my bad hearing. It seems to hesitate ever so slightly just before it completely rolls out to wide open throttle. Carb adjustment? Anyway great looking machine. Keep up the good work, and the great videos.

Absolutely. That's a must. I have to know for myself. I want to know which one pulls a 28" bar best buried in hardwood.

Do you have much runtime on that bar? I bought a few of those same GB's...(nothing against gb bars), but I found them to have extremely soft rails.
