Want to Sell Ported Stihl MS361 project

Ok so here’s the deal.

I originally found this saw in the dump missing everything from the carb back.

I ordered all of the replacement parts but decide to check the piston/cylinder before assembly and found it was complete shot.

Ordered a farmertec big bore kit, and ported it (this was the first one I ever did, so it’s rough I’m sure)

Saw ran great for a while but wouldn’t vent right with a full tank. Under 2/3 of a tank it ran fine. I changed all the tank vents and it ran good for a couple tanks and then started acting up again with not being able to get the aftermarket carb adjusted.

My guess is it would run with a new carb, but I am honestly just tired of messing with it. I have several other saws I like better that haven’t been a pain in my butt every time I try to use it.

So I just want it gone. Free to a good home for the price of shipping.

The kicker? Im in alaska so shipping may be a killer.
