Possible source for diaphrams or oil seals for older saws

What do you cs rebuilding guys do for the discontinued but critical parts of old saws like
carb diaphragms and
oil seals

After not being able to find the clutch side oil seal for a Jonsered 2083 (made in 1990's) , I searched around and found these two sites for diaphram material and seals:

Has anyone used these suppliers or have another solution when the seals or carburetor diaphragm is no longer stocked by the parts guys. It seems to me that if you had the right type and thickness of sheet rubber, it would not be that hard to cut out a carburetor diaphragm. Polyurethane glue (gorilla) is apparently the best adhesive for fixing pin holes in the diaphragm and I would think could also be used to attach the little aluminum disks to the diaphragm.
