I have a Poulan 2600, the chain brake broke a few months after buying it and the chain oiler dosn't oil the chain and it runs out when not being used, but the problem I have now is - the choke isnt working. Normally when the choke is pulled out it stays out and it also locks the throttle on a bit, but now the choke pull lever dosn't stay out. Also normally after pulling the choke out - if its not needed you push it in and the throttle stays on for good starting but that isnt working either.
I dont know if I have lost a part when I pulled the carb apart for cleaning.
The carb is a Walbro WT 239, it has a lever that the choke pull pushes into and it has a lever that the throttle cable hooks into and thats all, I cant see how it is supposed to stay out, possibly I have lost a link?
Does anyone know, I cant find a diagram of the choke and linkage. Thanks.
