Prayers desperately needed

As some of you may know my wife's sister Joanna has been in the hospital recovering from a brain aneurysm and open heart surgery. Things took a turn for the worse last night when she suffered a stroke. She's fighting for her life in ICU, the doctors are calling family in, she needs all the prayers and positive energy possible.

This hits home my oldest son had this at 10yo. It’s rough to sit helplessly on the sidelines. But he’s 42yo now and doing great. The first doctor sent the kid home saying it’s the flu. A doctor from India put him in the hospital on his gut feeling something was wrong.

She is being sent by helicopter to a brain specialist in Portland.

Sending her to a specialist. That’s a good thing.

Two weeks ago my youngest son hit a tree on his dirtbike wot. He tore the right side of his pelvis. He went to the hospital. He’s out of rehab and now home waiting for it to fully heal. The kid rode the bike out of the woods to his truck.

That's brutal. Hopefully there's no long term nerve problems.
