I recently disassembled the carb. on my Pro Mac 55(Walbro SDC 49) to perform maintenance as I was having trouble starting it. To credit my stupidity, I neglected to note the exact locations of the High and Low adjustments. Now, when I follow the instructions in my repair manual (seat both adjustments and then back-out 1 full turn for both) I'm unable to even get the saw to "cough". I've have verified the point gap as well as the flywheel gap. I did disassemble the carburetor and cleaned it, adjusting the metering device with a straight edge. At the time of disassembly, I did not observe any obvious wear on parts. I can only suspicion that there is more to adjusting this particular carburetor than the simple procedure noted above. Would anyone have any specific adjustments and/or advice for my dilemma.

Thanks very much,
Dave Ramponi
