Problem palm

If anyone with palm experience can help, thanks.

pics attached. This sabal has been in the ground 2 yrs. outer fronds are yellow. The center is very green and has new fronds coming out. Anything to worry about here??

FYI: Soils here are poorly drained, shallow, and very basic.
