Project pipe the echo

Working on a muffler mod for my echo cs510 oem exhaust cost way to much. So I had a vote done last fall and most of the people said pipe it. So time to do what most all of you chose for this saw.
Got this on sleezebay for 90 shipped. Not a direct fit pipe but it will do for now. I'm thinking il have the silencer top side.

Well if I spent a 100 on the echo I'd have 6.00 to spend to try to make a pipe work.
It would look like the old thread in Briggs muffler lol

It's a moped pipe 50 to 90 cc figure 49.something cc is close enough

Got the exhaust flange built still has some cleaning up to do

It takes a bit of math to get the length correct for the proper rpm output. Any length may sound cool but won't have optimal performance unless tuned to the correct length. In my experience it is easier to build a pipe than it is to refit a pipe.

Hey that last pipe had a silencer and it sure helped, but that is gone now. This pipe will have the option of stinger or silencer.

Yeah but 90 percent of the saws are like that. I will have a support on this cause it weighs more with the muffler
