I think the lil dollie turned out nice. I'd like to try one with a different piston one of these days. Just to see if it make enough of a difference. A bigger carb would definatly be on the list also.:msp_biggrin:

beautiful work, intake port looks like an early stihl intake port. I assume you left the port shape to support the ring end gap.

Nice work on the 5105. Hedgerow sent me looking for this thread. I'm porting my 5105 right now. Going for .022 squish on it. Did all the machining on the squish band and base yesterday. On to the porting now!!
