Nothing! The "Dolmar 6400/7300/7900 air filter is too small" is pure BS! Just keep it clean and it will be fine!

On this saw the muffler mods are well worth it!!!

though I think I'm pretty mechanically inclined,not being educated in 2-strokes
or chainsaws makes me think you would be the guy to help me
I would rather spend alittle to have it right than spend a lot to do it myself wrong.

they make a nylon filter to take the faulk filter's place , it is better for letting more air in
