I cleaned out the oilway on my saw yesterday. My question is this: Is the oilway (the metal casing slot against the housing of the saw just a cut groove that has no rubber anywhere in it to go against the bar) supposed to just be a cut away with the oil going into the bar, or is it supposed to have some kind of rubber thing there to go against the bar to keep the oil from dripping out anywhere. My older saw ( non Stihl) had a rubber thing in the slot that the oil came from to go against the bar. Please let me know. I will be posting my review of my saw hopefully this week. I just have a few more things I want to try and check out so my review will cover just about everything on my saw. BTW my Stihl dealer replaced my fuel tank that was leaking :D Thanks.
