Hi guys,
This might seem like a stupid question...but I've had several used saws now and it seems like these bumper strips are often missing and/or possibly installed wrong.
026 Pro with the standard tensioner (NOT the quick tensioner), it appears by the parts diagram that two and only two 1121 648 6610 bumper strips are installed both on the chain sprocket cover. (On the quick tensioner model, two are installed on the saw body itself, instead. ) Can anyone confirm this on their actual saw? I mean, looking at my saw you "could" install four of these, but I think it needs only two.
034 AV: It looks like it should have two bumpers on the saw body AND two on the chain sprocket cover according to the parts diagram.
These parts are cheap and I'm just trying to make sure my saws are complete and set up right.
Thanks,
Joe
