Reading Material

Can someone point me in the direction of a good book or books that cover porting saw engines? It would be helpful if it was written for the non mechanics.

Still haven't seen anything worth while. I did my share of searchs on 2 stroke mods and mostly I saw scooter mods.

Uugh... its an old thread. But the info on the reading material wasn't posted, it was PM'd.

I just got(like 20 min ago) but have not read the Two Stroke Tuners Handbook.

Are there any other references available to the noob saw builder?

BTW, I'm building my tool box with a compression tester, timing wheel and dremel tool( I need more bits I think, any suggestions?)

I have a lead on a wild thing($20!) to experiment on....
