Hello. I have a 4 yr old Red Maple that has always been healthy. We have been in the midst for 4 or so weeks of 95-100 temps here in Denver, CO. I have noticed just in the last few days that somee leaves at the top of the Maple are black and curling and have been eaten. Other leaves are still green at the top, and have some significant bug damage. I guess the black leaves have just been eaten so much they died. ANywya, I cna pull the top branches down, but see no bugs on them. THe lower leaves look fine in coplor and w/o damamge. The tree is not under any other trees. Any clue what is eating these leaves? Significant portions of some leaves are gone, but none are skeletonized. Any recommended treatments/sprays? Tahnk in advance for any help. I appreciate it!

Matt
