I need some assistance on the reloction of a small Sugar Maple. Two years ago,I bought several bare-root stock Sugar Maples. I planted two in back of my home on a Southern elevation. These have grown dramatically in the two years. One, I planted on the Northern elevation of my home. It is not growing as prolifically.
Of course, there is not a much sunlight on the Northern side. I suspect this is the reason for the slower growth.
Am I correct on this? If so, I am going to relocate the tree.
Any answer willbe appreciated.
Thanks,
