Ok ... after about 5 hours of googleing then net :dizzy: i have given up ..
i have a power mac 310 with the piston rings that are bad. no compression.. dose any one know were i can find rings for a piston that is 2.1 cu. in. / 34.4 cc
displacement.
 
Randy Duncan the mcculloch guy from Ebay, search for mac 101 for his phone # knows a guy named Bob? I think, from the east coast I believe upstate NY that has some NOS stuff, give him a try. Jared
 
As long as the saw uses a 1.5mm thick ring CC sells them for $2.19 from 36mm to 58mm. Also I believe they are a sponsor so it is best to give a sponsor some business.

So, which saws use 1.5mm thick rings? Are those standard on old or current Stihl pro saws? Or does Stihl use special thickness rings so you have to only buy Stihl parts?

most saws I've seen use a 1.5 mm thick ring, except those that are like the husky 2100 with thin ring pistons.
