Nice vintage Sachs Dolmar 143MX chainsaw w/ NOS 28" .404 bar and chain.
Brand new caber rings just installed.
Brand new SD branded Windsor bar.
New .404 rim.
Bar and chain haven't seen wood at all since being installed.
New chain brake parts.
Saw starts, runs, and oils as expected.
Only issue is that the chain brake trips way too easily. I'm not a SD expert in any way, probably a simple fix.
Compression is north of 150# and the rings aren't even broken in yet.
Will get more pics this afternoon, along with a current compression reading.
