Hello, i have been cutting trees on various terrains for about 34yrs and still have questions about certain cuts, the felling of trees, etc. Are their any good videos out there for someone as myself to watch without getting bored out of my mind covering the basic safety stuff that beginners need to watch? And not pay 100+ dollars for? Thanks. I am working but will check in on results later on.

You should check out the vid section of this website. Murph has some good videos that show some of the finer points of felling cuts. Pay attention to his disclaimer, and take everything you learn from a video with a grain of salt.

Also if you search around the site there is more free info about tree cutting than you could imagine.
