Sample work order

I am new to the business and have been using triplicate copy forms from Office Max. I am going to order some with my name preprinted on them. Does anyone have a suggestion of where to order and what to say. Possibly a word file or a picture of one you use. I hate to spend the money to get them until I know what and what not to include. Thanks

I have used NEBs in Mass for over 30 years. Web site. www.nebs.com
They have a good selection at good prices. I always typed in not responsible for any lawn damage. Only lost one job because a customer won't agree to the terms. Good Luck
