I have a few trees to be taken down maybe 24 large trees total. I figure my sons can put a few miles on the bigger saws bucking them up. Then to the north country to thin my 7 1/4 acres. I will have a saw tag sale soon once I test each saw to make sure there in tip top condition. I may do some bucking from my walker.

Yup good thought. But I hate to see the good running ones sitting here.
I think of it as preservation. The older saws are slowly disappearing and good examples of the older ones are getting harder to find. If you want to cut wood, use a newer saw. If you want to recondition and restore an older a saw to excellent condition, I wouldn't worry too much about using it a lot. That's just how I approach it. I enjoy looking at a nice restored saw, just like I like to look at a nice restored car or truck. I'm old enough to be nostalgic about these things.

I don't know but my old lady wood be happy if I only had 3 hell I bought 5 parts saw last month. Pretty sad when you ask post office to hold all boxes for pickup just so you don't have to here nagging, ***** and her favorite line I'm leaving. Really I'm not that lucky.

My mail lady said she needs more business so they won’t close her office. I got six saws in two weeks. Plus packages so she’s still here.
