Sick tree?

I am not sure what kind of tree is this but I noticed that some of the leaves are discolored and look different.
Any advice?

The tree is a Honey Locust. The damage on the leaves is minor, certainly not a health risk to the plant. Leafhopper, plant bug feeding is very common on Honey Locust and you will get some every year. Again, not a health risk and not something that gets worse every year. It will vary from year to year, some years bad, some not so bad. Honey Locust are a very hardy species. Enjoy it.
