I'd love an OWB but have a small house (2 story , 1000 sq feet.)
It is tightly insulated and I need from 20,000 to 50,000 btu's of heat.
I haven't found a small heater to fit my needs. Anybody know why not?
Or if I'm wrong and there are small ones out there please inform me.

I sell a timberwolf 3500 that is made for 0sqft to 1500sqft, price is 3890 also comes with a pump. CB makes one, WM makes them there tons of them that would work for you.

I would look into a small epa woodstove. You could have the whole setup with stove and chimney for the cost of an owb. Plus you would burn very little wood. Post over on ********** there are alot of people who know their stoves. The thing with a wood stove is if the power goes out, you will have heat. An epa woodstove will produce next to no smoke.
