Nineteen states now have positive test results for Phytophthora ramorum,
sudden oak death. See the Southern Plant Diagnostic Network for the
latest testing protocol, posters, ID cards, etc.

A "Homoptera" Workshop, offering intensive training for entomologists,
is scheduled for 9-11 December 2004 in Gainesville Florida.

Thanks JPS, even tho it's made for FL it may be of use.

Disappointed to see them still talking about IPM instead of PHC, but taht may be jsut semantic. Besides when yor're talking about epidemics, ya can't pretend it ain't there.
 
No, but they sure can pretend they won't happen.
