Nice looking saw John. Great price. Crazy to think there are 026s with higher asking prices...
I try to price them to sell and what I would be willing to pay. Saws seem to be moving slow, not sure why?
My gauge sucks, with base delete I'm guessing 175+
I feel like, in my personal opinion, these series saws are either to heavy for light work or not strong enough for heavy work. We use the 26's for in tree work only and it justifies the price when your 40' up and have to pull a saw up. Every pound counts at the end of the day. Not trying to bash the saw just putting my 2 cents in. Stihl a great saw and a great price. GLWS.

Not so sure about that. When I bought my 036 Pro it had the best power to weight ratio of the entire Stihl lineup at the time. I understand that it and an 036 are essential the same.
Maybe most of us tend to run more saw than we need.

Yah, sounds like the one you ran was a turd.
I know my 036 runs strong it's stock as far as I know... good price on this saw I might scoop it up if it don't sell soon
