Stihl 011-AV fuel feed issue

Replace the inner gasket due to oil leak and finally had a chance to run the saw. Runs fine horizontal or nose up. Nose down and it stalls within 10 sec.

Could it be anything other than the fuel line pickup positioned incorrectly in the tank?

It could be L needle tuning, causing fuel pooling.
