Stihl 028 handle/gas tank replace

The throttle/handle on my 028 broke. I have a parts saw that I would like to swap the handle/gas tank between the two but am unable to disconnect the handle. Can someone provide a link to a step by step procedure of removing and reinstalling this part? The part I'm referring to contains the linkage to the the throttle control, the gas tank and the carberator housing. Does the carb have to be removed from the housing before it can be removed from the saw?
