Stihl 031 just developed a problem w low & medium speed running

My Stihl 031AV has been running fine for many years, just developed a problem w low and medium speed running, runs good at high speed, starts at full throttle/choke but then bogs & dies out at low & medium throttle. Spark good, plug color good, air and gas filters and gas hose in tank seem fine. Muffler not blocked. L & H mixture screws are at 1 1/4 full turns out.
Seems like a gas problem as spark looks good.
Appreciate any suggestions for best way to approach the problem, what to look for, tips, etc. I'm thinking to pull carb and start there, what other things might I try first, and what to look for w the carb?

Just run it balls to the wall. Problem solved.

Clean the carb, maybe try a kit!!

Points ignitions can be fussy, clean it or put in a wima Chip

I fixed an 032 for a neighbor guy, had spark, but was not consistent, would start kinda rough barely run, put the omega module in and ran great.

Is the saw electronic ignition or points?
