Stihl 032 Muffler

I got a Stihl 032 off ebay for cheap bucks it got lots of usable good parts but the Muffler is like brand new How do you Clean and restore this so i can use it on my 2 other 032's

Question for every one why do we let these saw we use get so Dirty you cant see that its a saw and when it breaks we get pissed ?

Where is the serial number located on stihl 032 's ?

To spiffy up the muffler just go over it with some steel wool then a rattle can coat of high-temp black paint. Works wonders.
