i need help with my saw it turns over really tight with the recoil on and it turns tight with just turning the flywheel and with the spark plug out if anyone can help thanks.

A screw could have backed out of the case and be rubbing on something like the flywheel. Although its most likely a bad bearing in the case or some serious aluminum transfer in the cylinder.. Good luck and keep us posted.
