Stihl 041 carb settings

Working on a Stihl 041. Replaced the carb with brand new one because of broken parts on the old one. What should the h and l screws initial settings be? As is, it cranks but dies out as soon as you touch the throttle. I also replaced the impulse and fuel lines. It had 155 lbs compression cold.
