I saw an add on a local trader online deal. 150$ with manual..

The folks on eBay sure think so. Before everyone got wise to it, there were some "311Y" deals to be had. A year or so ago I saw one 066 that was a "311Y" that went for super cheap. Now I am sure that lots of folks search eBay for Stihl 311Y and take advantage of the mislabled auctions, driving the prices back up to market rate.

311Y is just a number that is on a label on most stihl saws.
