I've been trying to search for the meaning of the numbers 13 23 26 33. When I look at a Stihl box & it has 26 RS 68, I know its a rapid super with 68 dls, but what does the 26 stand for? 61 PMM3 55. What does the 61 stand for? 33 RSK 55, what does the 33 stand for? Lol, I've googled, I've searched the forums, & I cant find anything that gives me the meaning.

I have typed it out before and if you look at the paper insert inside a retail Stihl chain loop package what you wish for is likely there.

first digit
1 1/4 pitch 0.050 gauge
2 0.325
3 full size 3/8
6 picco class 3/8 3/8lp in Oregon
7 the mini or picco 1/4 inch pitch 0.043
each of these first digits has a specific drive and nose sprocket obviously hard nose is just gauge fussy. There must be another for 0.404 pitch

Second digit is the width of the drive links but put a 1mm in front of that.
1 1.1mm or 0.043
3 1.3mm or 0.050
5 1.5mm or 0.058
6 1.6mm or 0.063
There may be another one for the 0.080" harvester chain.

I know this is sad to say, but, the papers in the boxes never once crossed my mind. I appreciate you taking the time to type this out. I've racked my brain over & over with it. I've gotten to used to googling answers.

Glad you responded. I wonder if some of the things I respond to are created by site development or something along those lines to generate content.

Look at the picture above. Stihl has a trademark on Micro.

They call the brand x version of picco in class 6 extended. I thought it was 3/8 reduced.
