Have you checked the oil holes in the bar? Are the bar rails clean? Is the bar just worn out? The chain?
There's a few to get you started.

Clean the bar, scrape out the groove, make sure the oil hole is clear. Next flush out the oil tank several times with saw mix and visually inspect it. Refill with new clean bar oil and start the saw with the bar off and the clutch cover on. Don't rev it all the way. After a minute or so shut down, remove the cover and look for oil. That should be a good indicator. I am assuming you have already tried adjusting the pump per the dealer or manual instructions.

Like others have said

1. Clean the bar groove and oil holes
2. Clean the saw body and the oil delivery channel
3. Check the oil filter in the oil tank (hook it out with a piece of wire)
4. Replace the bar & chain and test (look for oil splatter coming off the chain and oil on the chain)

If no joy:
5. Adjust the oil pump if possible, little screw under the saw body (not possible on some models)
6. Empty and clean the oil tank
7. Blow our the oil tank breather (silver round bit on side of saw body under where the bar mounts) tank cap off!
8. Refill, mount bar & chain and check again

if no joy:
9. Get a shop manual, go deeper into the saw or send it to the repair shop telling them what you have already done!

A really good check-list.
