can crank seals and or bearings be bought aftermarket stihl prices are so high.

MS200T seals
Not sure about the MS200t but on Huski 272, I couldn't buy the thinner seal that was needed at bearing supply house and had to buy Huski. Pull the seal and hit a bearing supply house. They are the experts. There are online sources as well. I use SASbearings.com when I can afford to wait a few days for parts. Fast shipping and very nice to deal with.

Second response. In the Still manual you included as link, It gives the dimensions of seal 12X20X5--- this is metric size. Now you don't even need to pull the seal before shopping for replacement. Sizes for bearings are there also. Commonly available bearings have seals on one or both sides. No seal versions will typically be special order and cost more as a result.
Buy the sealed versions and pop the seals out. only takes 10 second with an ice pick or other pointed pointed tool
